Enjoy free delivery for all orders over $100.

Orders are shipped from Bendigo (Victoria, 3550) from Monday to Friday via Australia Post. Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. During peak trading times, there may be delays on dispatch.

For all orders under $100 a flat rate (standard shipping) of $12 will be charged.

Express shipping is available for $20.

Please refer to the Australia Post website for expected delivery times.


PICK UP IN STORE

During the checkout process you may elect to collect your items from our Bendigo store.

We will have online orders available for collection in store within 1 business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
